엘림랩스는 비즈니스 문의 및 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보를 수집·이용합니다.

- 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적이 달성된 후 소비자 불만 및 분쟁 처리를 위한 보관 (3년) 이후 파기.
- 전자적 파일 형태는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제, 종이 문서는 파쇄 혹은 소각.

4. 개인정보 및 수집 이용에 동의하지 않을 권리가 있으며, 거부 시 상담에 제한될 수 있습니다.

엘림랩스는 귀하와의 협업 사례를 회사의 포트폴리오로 제작하여 홍보 목적으로 활용하고자 합니다.
본 동의는 선택 사항이며, 거부하시더라도 서비스 이용에 어떠한 불이익도 없습니다.
*프로젝트 완료 시점에 별도의 포트폴리오 활용 동의를 재요청드릴 수 있습니다.*

- 엘림랩스 자사 홈페이지 및 인스타그램, 제안서 내 협업 사례 게시

- 기업명, 로고(CI,BI)
- 협업 내용, 프로젝트 명칭, 작업 기간, 디자인 포인트, 스토리
- 프로젝트 관련 언론 보도 링크 및 요약 내용
- 엘림랩스에서 직접 촬영한 이미지/영상

3. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 동의 철회 시 까지
- 단, 이미 제작된 제안서의 경우 회수가 불가능할 수 있으며, 이 경우 차기 제작물부터 제외됩니다.

4. 동의 거부 권리 및 불이익
- 귀사는 본 포트폴리오 활용 동의를 거부할 권리가 있습니다.
동의하지 않으셔도 문의 접수 및 계약 체결에 아무런 지장이 없습니다.

ELIM LABS collects and uses personal information as follows to respond to business inquiries and provide our services.
